Had an engine warning light come on whilst on holiday. Hyundai let me down but this garage came up trumps. Booked me in same day. Called in early as engine light went out. What’s an MOT? Why do I need one?
It’s the mandatory health check for your car to determine if it’s roadworthy and meets specific emission standards.
If your car is over 3 years old, it must have passed its MOT. If not, you could face a £1,000 fine and invalid insurance; even points on your license.
When is my MOT due?
An MOT is due annually. If you’re unsure when your last one was, get in touch. We can find out for you. No problem.
After your first MOT with us, we’ll even send you a friendly reminder 4 weeks before your next one is due.
Can I book in early?
Champing at the bit? Want to get your MOT out of the way? We don’t blame you.
You can bring your car for its MOT up to one month before your MOT is due without facing any penalties.
How quickly can you get me in?
